WJH Gas Services LTD has been in existence since 2012, sole trading up until 2020 and then became an employer. Currently assisting the NW CMO, Network Plus, with their Mains Renewal Project. We have a team of highly dedicated, committed and flexible engineers who all bring their valued experience and team spirit, with customer satisfaction always their main goal. The services we offer include: Domestic and Non Domestic gas restoration. Domestic and Non Domestic meter alter positions, Both copper and threaded steel up to 2". Geberit/Mappress installations up to 100mm. Several engineers hold PEB1, earth bond extensions. Specialists in A type alterations, (Permali meter box conversions). Excellent customer service skills, we always try to achieve the best possible customer experience.

Not long after joining the contract, we were tasked with improving the CSAT scores within Cumbria area, where the LDP, R&R, always achieved a low scoring average. Richard, without hesitation, volunteered to temporarily reside within the projects main area, Barrow in Furness. It quickly became apparent that the work method adopted was having a major impact and improvement on the Customer Satisfaction.

Work planning, Gas Restoration, Customer Complaints all being dealt with by the one point of contact, Richard. This has seen the scores on average rising from 6-7 to 8-9.
